Avance Care is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established and expanding Medical Group! We are opening a brand-new practice in desirable Steele Creek, NC. Explore the opportunity of being a Practice Owner or Avance Care Lead Physician Employee. Offer Includes:
- Maximum of 40 hours per week (including breaks and administrative time)
- Expected average patient load of 2 visits per hour
- Onsite lab, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists
- Centralized care coordination, care management, and population health management
